Jorge Barreto

Founder & Sfoglino - Culinary Director

Jorge is the founder and creative force behind Piccola's kitchen. A trained chef with a background in hospitality, he has worked both in the kitchen and as a General Manager in New York City restaurants and is also a partner in two restaurants.

At Piccola, Jorge develops and oversees every pasta, sauce, filling and recipe that comes out of the kitchen. From Short Rib Ravioli to seasonal specials and custom pastas, every new idea ultimately goes through him.
