A chef with experience as a line cook and sous-chef in New York City kitchen, Luigi is Jorge's right hand in the day-to-day kitchen at Piccola. 

He helps develop and execute our fillings and sauces, leads Hot Lunch takeout, and takes the leads on much of the cooking behind special events, openings and in-store service.
